OUR PROCESS

Everything you need to know about our process. Our business is customer focused and centred. We ensure our customers are happy and satisfied. We usually dispatch our products within 3 Days of receiving clear payment.

Place your order → Order processing →Order Shipping→ Order Delivery

Returns: Accepted within 14 days from the day the buyer received the item. Item must be in its original packaging, accompanied with a valid proof of purchase. Items will not be accepted outside the 14 day return period and if original packaging is being altered.  We will offer an exchange for sale items and a full refund for non-sale items. Please allow enough time for postal services to reach us. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition. Extra care should be taken when handling the products.

Postage: Buyer pays for returns postage. You can post the item back to our returns department. Please note that if you return an item or all items in an order, we will return the cost of the items bought excluding the delivery charge credit for your return.

Return policy: You have the right to cancel your order after 14 days when you receive the item. Please contact us to arrange the return of faulty items which should be within 7 days of receipt of the item. We would be happy to offer a full refund, or replacement as appropriate in the circumstances. Please read the product description and ensure it meets your requirements before you purchase any item.  If you need help with any item, please feel free to use our live chat option to speak with a representative or email us. We hope to respond within 24hrs. Always remember to obtain and keep a receipt for your records.

Complaints Procedure

Our satisfaction and strength come from numerous satisfied customers who have made purchases on our site. We aim to always get it right, but mistakes do happen. If you have a question or complaint, you can call our customer service line on 07448631267 or send an email . We aim to resolve any complaint within 14 working days. Don’t forget to include your order number and product code in question for ease of access to your records. We hope to be able to reach full agreement within 8 weeks for more complex issues.
